On October 26, The Central Coast Autism Spectrum Center will hold its 5th annual Zombie Invasion SLO 5K fun run for the whole family at Camp San Luis Obispo. Participants will run/walk through different terrains and obstacles courses, all while being chased around and avoiding their flags to be caught by zombies.
Participants will enjoy shaved ice, food, vendor booths, a bounce house, free entry to Gladiator Paintball Park, and a goodie bag with a t-shirt and small gift items. This event is possible with the help of a grant from the City of San Luis Obispo, as well as the great efforts of the California Philanthropy Group.
This year’s Zombie Invasion SLO is hoping to raise community awareness and over funds for The Central Coast Autism Spectrum Center, which runs primarily on fundraising efforts and donations, in order to provide support, workshops, and social events for individuals and families touched by the autism spectrum.
