Covelop Inc. was founded in 2003 with the goal to develop and build high quality real estate projects throughout California's Central Coast and beyond. Since then we evolved into a full service real estate development company, managing the entire lifecycle of the development process: investment, acquisition, development and construction. Covelop has also grown geographically from its first project in a small coastal town in California to now development and management projects in ten states, Our project list includes multifamily construction, repositioning and management, housing tract entitlement, as well as office and industrial development and management.
